Architect and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks
Lead the implementation of Unity Catalog across workspaces and user groups
Design Lakehouse models and optimize multi-layer storage (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Modernize and migrate legacy data platforms to Databricks
Define and enforce data standards and governance best practices
Drive CI/CD automation for data workflows
Monitor and tune performance, costs, and job reliability
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on expertise in Unity Catalog managing schemas, access controls, lineage, and audit trails
Deep knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse architecture
Strong leadership experience in data engineering projects and mentoring teams
Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR)

Required Skills
